Registration Guidelines

Registration files should be sent only after receiving the acceptance letter from the conference Email. The prepared registration files should be sent to [email protected] before the deadline.

Required Registration Files:

  1. Final paper (updated according to review comments and IEEE Template)
  2. IEEE Copyright Form
  3. Payment Acknowledgment Screenshot

The Registration Fee quoted above includes:

Virtual Conference

  • Entrance to all the sessions & parallel sessions of the conference
  • Entrance to the Keynote Session
  • Access to the recorded version of the conference
  • An electronic copy of the Conference proceedings
  • Associated Conference materials [Certificate and Conference Kit] will be sent via Postal Services

Physical Conference

  • Entrance to all sessions of the Conference
  • Refreshments and lunch on all the days of the Conference
  • An electronic copy of the Conference proceedings
  • Associated Conference materials [Certificate and Conference Kit]

Accommodation

Accommodation will be arranged on request, contact the conference mobile number to make prior arrangements.

Visa Requirements for International Conference Attendees

Conference attendees must have a valid passport and may be visa will be required. We urge the authors to contact the nearest Embassy. Please keep in mind that we cannot organize visas; however, once you have finished the registration process and paid in full, we can give you with a document verifying that you have registered and paid to attend the conference.

Payment Information

We accept most international credit and debit cards via Conference Payment Gateway. Authors can also make a bank transfer payment by requesting the committee via Conference Email. To get an invoice or pay by credit/debit card, you must first contact the conference committee after getting the acceptance letter. The invoice will contain all the required information to make a bank transfer payment.

Payment Deadlines

To ensure the publication of papers, author payments must reach us no later than Registration deadline mentioned on the homepage but final documents can still be sent after this date provided payment is received by credit/debit card before the registration deadline.

Virtual Conference Mode

We will run a physical conference if it is safe to do so at the conference time and the organizing college campus is able to accommodate the conference attendees. If we are unable to run the conference in person, the conference will be converted to a virtual conference, please check the conference website homepage frequently to get recent updates or you can also call the conference mobile number mentioned in the conference contact page.
